We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in North York. Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and support.
- Planning and organizing daily operations, including staff recruitment and scheduling.
- Supervising and training staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conducting performance reviews to assess staff development.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant management.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and electronic cash registers.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Own transportation is preferred, but public transportation is available.
- The work environment is fast-paced and may require standing for extended periods.
