Cinnabon is a beloved brand known for its delicious cinnamon rolls and baked goods. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Bakery Manager to lead our retail operations in Nepean. If you have a love for baking and exceptional management skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Bakery Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the bakery to ensure high-quality product offerings.
- Managing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage.
- Developing and implementing promotional strategies to boost sales.
- Addressing customer complaints and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a bakery or retail environment.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A passion for baking and customer service.
