Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and their associated senior staff positions.
- Coordinating the work of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs.
- Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegating the necessary authority to create optimal working conditions.
- Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of relevant experience in operations management.
Skills Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
- Initiative-driven and flexible in adapting to changing business needs.
