Hear Right Canada is dedicated to providing exceptional hearing care services to our clients. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our medical clinic team in Barrie. Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic’s calendar.
  • Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assisting with billing and insurance processes.
  • Providing general administrative support to the clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an asset but not required.

Skills Required

  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
