We are currently seeking motivated Mushroom Farm Workers to join our team in Mount Forest. Key Responsibilities
As a Mushroom Farm Worker, your primary duties will include:
- Cleaning the crops and preparing them for harvest.
- Clearing and collecting brush and debris from fields and work areas.
- Hand harvesting mushrooms and other agricultural crops.
- Mixing fertilizers and assisting in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.
- Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and harvested produce.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train; no prior experience necessary.
Skills Required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with tasks that include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Strong team player with good judgment and reliability.
