Key Responsibilities
As a Business Systems Analyst, your primary duties will include:
- Documenting technical requirements to ensure products, processes, and solutions align with business needs.
- Providing advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assessing physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
- Operating testing equipment to ensure product quality.
- Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones while monitoring progress.
- Collaborating with specialists to develop programs tailored to clients’ special needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, SQL, and database software.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and MS Windows.
- Familiarity with PHP and experience in software development life cycles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Accurate and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Initiative-driven and able to work effectively as part of a team.
