About SUBWAY Sandwiches and Salads
SUBWAY is a well-known fast-food chain dedicated to providing fresh and delicious sandwiches and salads to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in North York and help us maintain our high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Developing the budget to determine costs for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Evaluating daily operations and monitoring revenues to determine labor costs.
- Supervising and training staff, including conducting performance reviews.
- Planning and organizing daily operations and setting work schedules.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory while addressing customer complaints and concerns.
- Participating in marketing plans and their implementation to promote the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in restaurant management.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Dependability and strong client focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Credentials
- Food Safety Certificate is required.
