We are a vibrant and popular quick-service restaurant group committed to delivering excellent food and service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team in North York.
Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conducting performance reviews for staff members.
- Costing products and services to ensure profitability.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory to meet operational needs.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
