NU WAY TOUR & TRAVELS INC. is a reputable travel agency dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Reservations Supervisor to join our team in Mississauga.
Key Responsibilities
As a Reservations Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
- Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establishing work schedules and procedures for the reservations team.
- Performing the same duties as workers you supervise to maintain a hands-on approach.
- Preparing and submitting reports on team performance and operational efficiency.
- Resolving work problems and providing technical advice to improve productivity and service quality.
- Assisting clients and guests with special needs to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work for team members.
- Hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintaining the operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as needed.
- Requisitioning materials and supplies necessary for the department.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a travel agency or similar environment.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Dependable, organized, and a team player with good judgment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and tight deadlines.
