Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitoring revenues and labor costs to optimize performance.
- Assessing and monitoring staff performance to ensure high standards.
- Planning and organizing daily operations for smooth functioning.
- Recruiting, training, and setting work schedules for staff.
- Determining the types of services offered and implementing operational procedures.
- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Costing products and services to maintain profitability.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory to meet operational needs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or food service management position.
