Key Responsibilities
As an Accountant, your primary duties will include:
- Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems.
- Supervising and training staff in accounting practices.
- Analyzing clients’ financial records and preparing reports.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Developing financial plans and making recommendations regarding cash management, investment planning, and estate planning.
- Preparing financial statements and conducting variance analysis.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as contracts and cash management.
- Completing administrative duties and performing financial calculations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD), Sage Accounting Software, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
