About the Employer:
Across Canada Construction is seeking a skilled Interlocking and Hardscaping professional to join our dedicated team. We specialize in enhancing outdoor spaces, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about construction and outdoor design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscaping features according to project specifications.
- Prepare and level surfaces for installation, ensuring proper drainage and alignment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting materials.
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and meets our high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials (up to 100 lbs) and making precise cuts using a quick cut saw.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and skilled labor is required.
- Previous experience in interlocking and hardscaping is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and attention to safety protocols.
