Key Responsibilities:
- Perform set-up and adjustments on machines for production runs.
- Assist with inventory management, including inventory counts and management of stock.
- Operate machinery, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of experience in machine operating and machine setup.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
- Previous experience in the packaging industry (plastic) is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of measurements and math skills.
