Taxi Livriris Ontario is seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our customer service team. We are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with booking taxi rides and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
