About the Employer:
TERRONI INC. is seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to lead our Metal Fabrication department. With a commitment to quality and safety, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and services in the metal industry while maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Metal Fabrication department, including infrastructure, personnel, and workflow organization.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate activities of employees to meet production goals.
- Review shop drawings for production and ensure that productivity and quality standards are met.
- Train and mentor employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage the lease portfolio and maintain communication between departments.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools to facilitate operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in structural metal, aluminum, and stainless steel environments.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a certified facility.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
