About the Employer:
Spartan Striking Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate BJJ & Boxing Instructor to join our team. We are committed to providing quality instruction and mentorship to our students, helping them develop their skills in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for both kids and adult classes.
- Provide individualized instruction tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and instructional effectiveness.
- Stay updated on educational best practices and trends within martial arts instruction.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Purple Belt or above from an accredited school.
- Proven experience in teaching or instructing martial arts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
