Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and drive the overall success of the restaurant.
- Mentor and develop front-of-house (FOH) team members to exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor budgets and review costs to ensure financial success.
- Establish and implement policies and standards for service excellence.
- Lead by example on the floor, creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and training to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma; a degree in hospitality or business management is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of front-of-house leadership experience, including general management in a full-service casual fine dining restaurant.
- Passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of Italian food and culture are essential.
- Wine knowledge and/or certification is a definite asset.
