Job Overview:
MOON BENTO SUSHI is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine, with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Languages Required:

Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
- 3 to less than 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment
- Instruct and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
- Prepare complete meals and specialty foods for events
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Plan and direct food preparation activities
- Ensure food quality standards are met
- Train staff in food handling and cooking
Specialization:
- Sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine
