About the Employer:
The Fifteen Group Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. Located in the heart of Toronto, The Fifteen Group Inc. specializes in providing top-notch financial services and solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation accurately.
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts effectively.
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Prepare tax returns and trial balances of books.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of a College or CEGEP program in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.

Workplace Information:

  • This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.

Transportation:

  • Public transportation is available for easy commuting to the workplace.
