Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality and production levels to ensure standards are met.
- Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, potentially reviewing their work.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles as required.
Supervision:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of 5-10 people, including dry cleaning and laundry workers.
