Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess new administrative procedures
  • Delegate tasks to support staff
  • Set priorities and ensure procedures are followed
  • Coordinate office services (equipment, relocation, parking, security, etc.)
  • Compile data and prepare reports and correspondence
  • Monitor and oversee office procedures
