Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise food preparation staff
- Train staff on safety, sanitation and job duties
- Estimate ingredients and supply needs
- Maintain quality control of food and service
- Address customer complaints
- Keep records of inventory, sales, repairs and waste
- Prepare reports and establish work schedules
